Location was ok, food didn't tried, service part was not upto the mark, as attending manager was rude, curtain was hanging with dirt, Wash room was not clean there was yellow smudge on pot, when asked to change the room manager was showing busyness rather than understanding the concern of Visitor. Hospitality, behaviour is base for any service industry these must be addressed on priority instead of casual overhear ! Date of visit- 13 april 25 @ 12 noon.

Overall good stay.. The room and bathroom are clean . The staff is professional, the inhouse food facility is not there.Hotel is very near and walking 5-10 min from railway and bus stand. Hot water, Towel , shower gel, electric kettle, normal water all amenities are in the Hotel.

No towel even and when we ask for it they said we don’t have today,no proper room service only plus point is economic but feel like guesthouse we need to always ask for hot Watter and towel
